As the situation surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve, CMU maintains our commitment to providing excellent service to our consumers, while at the same time holding the health and well-being of our workforce as a top priority. Currently, all CMU locations are open to the public by appointment only. For those utilizing our Representative Payee services, all spending checks will be mailed directly. We are currently encouraging our front-line staff to conduct as much business as practical via telephone or teleconference. CMU is also practicing social distancing strategies, while keeping the majority of our staff working remotely at this time. We continue to maintain all services available to our consumers, albeit perhaps by alternative methods. CMU is committed to protecting our staff by following all appropriate guidelines set forth by the CDC, federal, state and local authorities, and will continue to work with stakeholders throughout this uncertain time.
